Refund policy

TripleFlair eco-conscious pledge uses sustainable made fabrics, minimum waste tags, re-usable and recyclable poly bags, and in our last effort to care for our planet, we kindly invite you to make a conscious purchase using our size chart and the available tool “TRUE FIT”, entering your current body measurements in order to guarantee the best fit of our designs for you, and by doing so, join us in this noble quest to care for our planet reducing the incredible amount of waste and CO2 emissions inherent to every return request.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the purchase is delivered to start a return request.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Unworn or unused.
  • With tags unremoved.
  • In its original TripleFlair poly mailer bag (bag is reusable) with legible barcode (sticked to the outside of the bag).
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if not purchased on TripleFlair.com.

To request a return, please click on TripleFlair Returns and follow instructions answering simple questions, we should be able to handle your request there. If you have any issues or have additional questions you can contact us at customer1st@tripleflair.com.


You may be automatically granted a return or after a short reviewing. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at once if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items / Not Eligible / Final Sale

Certain types of items may not be returned:

  • Items Used, worn or washed.
  • Items which Tags have been removed.
  • Items damaged.
  • Items not packed in the original Poly mailer bag.
  • Items which poly mailer bag is missing the barcode sticker.
  • Items listed/tagged as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.


Exchanges and Refunds

We really appreciate you taking the time to ensure your garment(s) are in the best shape possible as we recover and resell all returned items — something that’s important to us as a slow fashion and eco-conscious brand.

For that reason, we inspect returns upon arrival; if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Be sure to send your parcel with tracking as TripleFlair is not responsible for lost packages.

To start a return, you need:

  • Order number (begins with “LC,” e.g., LC0025) AND
  • Your email address OR
  • ZIP code OR
  • Phone number.

If you are exchanging an item, your replacement item will be shipped once we receive the item you’re returning.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to process your exchange is to go on TripleFlair Returns and select:

  • Size exchange, where the available store sizes will be displayed for you to select your best fit. If for some reason you can’t find your size or want to explore the rest of the TripleFlair catalog, you can easily select the options below.
  • Refund to store credit will allow you to access the full store catalogue and use the credit at your convenience.
  • Refund to gift card will allow you to access the full store catalogue and use the credit at your convenience or share the TripleFlair magic with a loved one or a friend in the form of a gift card. Gift Cards have a 1-year expiration date.

After your return is accepted, we will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the exchange / refund was approved based on the above criteria.

Store Credit and Gift card refunds give you immediate access to your funds.

Customers using any of the options above will only incur in the following costs and fees:

  • Return Shipping label cost.


Refunds

If you decide that you want your money back, that is ok too, we understand and hope that you come back later and give us another chance. All you have to do is to go on TripleFlair Returns and select:

  • Refund to payment method.

After your return is accepted, we will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved based on the above criteria.

When a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This process may take up to 15 business days. Purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card.

Please bear in mind that banks and credit cards make take more time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at customer1st@tripleflair.com with “Refund and order Number” in the subject line.

Customers who request and are granted a refund to payment method will only incur in the following costs and fees:

  • Return Shipping label cost.
  • Restoking fee of 10% of value paid for the item.
